Durable principles over novelty.

The technology will keep changing. The disciplines required to turn it into trusted capability are more durable.

  1. Start with the operating model

    Technology choices matter, but durable value begins with ownership, decision rights, funding, governance, and the way teams turn intent into repeatable delivery.

  2. Treat trust as infrastructure

    Security, evaluation, authorization, observability, and human accountability belong in the system design—not in a review added after adoption begins.

  3. Build capability, not dependency

    Strong leadership creates teams and systems that can learn, decide, and improve without making any one person indispensable.
