From systems to operating capability.
His career has moved across hands-on engineering, enterprise platform architecture, consulting, pre-sales, delivery, and executive leadership. Much of that experience was forged in enterprise workflow and the ServiceNow ecosystem, where he learned that technology succeeds or fails inside the operating reality surrounding it. That path has given him an end-to-end view of how complex technology is conceived, sold, built, governed, adopted, and scaled.
Kyle has built AI offerings and delivery practices from the ground up, designed agentic and workflow-driven systems, and led multidisciplinary teams accountable for translating emerging capabilities into meaningful customer and business outcomes.
His central conviction is that enterprise AI is not primarily a model-selection problem. It is a systems problem. Durable value depends on operating models, architecture, decision rights, governance, incentives, delivery methods, evaluation, trust, and human adoption. The technology matters, but it becomes consequential only when an organization can repeatedly convert technical possibility into useful work.
